The Story of Listen4Good

In this short video, we learn how Fund for Shared Insight launched Listen4Good to give the social sector a systematic, turnkey way to gather, interpret, and act on feedback from the people it serves. Along the way, nonprofit leaders share how feedback has strengthened their organizations, while participants describe the power of being heard. It’s “really empowering,” says one participant in a youth program. “It’s like, oh, you do matter.”
