Two New Ways to Listen4Good, Register by July 15, 2021

L4G 2021 ProgramsFund for Shared Insight invites nonprofits and funders to participate in our two new powerful and affordable feedback capacity-building programs. Listen4Good Online+ and Listen4Good Premium.

Both programs offer organizations the tools, resources, and coaching they need to build high-quality feedback loops with their clients. Funders can sponsor their grantees, enhancing their own listening practices and acting as a critical catalyst in supporting feedback efforts across the sector.

The July 15 deadline is coming up fast! Register now or join one of our free informational webinars to learn more — and get ready to grow your commitment to listening and responding to the people and communities at the heart of your work.

‘This is My Story,’ New Video Lets Us Listen In

In an inspiring new video featuring the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), a national organization that works with people coming home from incarceration, we hear Kenneth, Wilfredo, and Patricia – members of CEO’s Participant Advocate Council — tell their own stories of transformation. And we see how feedback, listening, and storytelling can transform an organization and lead to social change.

How We Listen and Other Feedback Tales

social-service nonprofit adapted questions on its Listen4Good surveys to make sure clients with varying cognitive abilities could share their feedback. Within weeks of shutting its doors last year because of pandemic restrictions, a children’s museum surveyed families to find out how it could entertain and educate kids stuck at home.

We invite you to read our snapshot stories about these and other organizations participating in Listen4Good, GuideStar by Candid’s How We Listen, and other efforts on the part of funders and nonprofits to implement and promote high-quality listening and feedback
