Our House, a nonprofit offering comprehensive services to the homeless and near-homeless in Little Rock, Arkansas, surveys its residents and clients as part of Listen4Good, Fund for Shared Insight’s signature national initiative. Feedback from clients has led Our House to make some program changes and to emphasize an organizational culture that values the input and lived experiences of the people the organization serves.
