New Video Series: Funder Perspectives on Listening

Fund for Shared Insight introduces a new video series featuring funder perspectives on why high-quality listening and feedback matter. In 10 short videos to be released in the coming weeks, viewers will hear from funders learning together what it means to listen and respond to the people and communities most impacted by their decisions. In honest and direct language, these grantmakers share their thoughts on a range of topics, including why they support their grantee partners’ participation in Listen4Good and the aha moments that arise through feedback.

In the first video, debuting today, Jennifer Aronson at The Boston Foundation describes how feedback can advance equity: “We’ve been on a journey to grapple with and understand the systemic and structural forces that create inequity in the sector … And Listen4Good is a great opportunity to disrupt those dynamics.”
