Are foundations using feedback loops? The Fund for Shared Insight has answers
This article, published by the Foundation Center’s Glasspockets initiative, highlights recent findings from the Fund for Shared Insight’s baseline evaluation that looked at the extent to which foundations are using beneficiary feedback to improve grant making.
