The goals of Workforce Alliance (WFA) are to 1) expanding the number of working families who achieve economic self-sufficiency, 2) equip youth with the tools and information necessary for success in the labor market, and 3) provide specialized programming and services to targeted “hard to serve” populations to increase their labor market success.
