NFP is an evidence-based community health program that serves low-income women pregnant with their first child, particularly by pairing them with a visiting nurse for up to two years post-partum. With its feedback research grant, NFP is investigating whether asking for client feedback can lead to increased client engagement and improve client retention and outcomes.
