Fund for Shared Insight unveiled a new offering from its Listen4Good feedback initiative, Listen4Good Online+, an updated and streamlined program for organizations that want online support and expert guidance to move through the process of implementing high-quality, client-focused feedback loops. The announcement included a special invitation to funders that signed the Council on Foundations’ COVID-19 philanthropy pledge — which included commitments to listening and feedback — to sponsor grantees’ participation at a subsidized cost of $1,000 each.

The event featured Melinda Tuan, managing director, Fund for Shared Insight, and Valerie Threlfall, managing director, Listen4Good. During a slide presentation, two short videos, and a Q & A period, participants learned about Listen4Good Online+, the importance of feedback loops, and how feedback relates to issues of equity.
