Drawing on qualitative and quantitative data collected over the past three years, this report from ORS Impact rates the strength of outcomes in each area of Shared Insight’s theory of change. Overall, ORS finds progress toward increasing knowledge about and regular practice of high-quality listening by nonprofits and funders. But the report says that these practices have not yet become the norm in the sector nor have some of the underlying power dynamics in the field changed.
