Ekouté’s latest research paper provides an in-depth review of foundation listening practices, across some of the largest and systems-level funders. Leveraging insights from more than 36 interviews, the paper looks at how and when foundations are listening, and provides a menu of strategies for how foundations can more effectively include the perspectives of those they seek to help in their work.
